Customised production ex works

FFU synthetic wood sleepers can be manufactured and supplied ex works to the most precise customer requirements.

This allows a considerable reduction in

Prefabrication in the factory

The FFU sleepers are prefabricated to the most precise customer specifications.
The following customisations are possible:
  • False edges for superelevations
  • Milling grooves for superelevations
  • Bore holes for bridge sleeper mounting
  • Reaming of packing longitudinal bearers
  • Reaming for boom bracing
  • Reaming of rivets

Clear designation of FFU railway sleeper

The FFU synthetic sleepers prefabricated by customer order are already clearly marked in the factory in accordance with the laying plan. This allows installation at the predetermined position to proceed with certainty.

Gradient adjustment ex works

If the gradient of an existing bridge structure needs to be recreated, the individual FFU bridge sleepers can be manufactured to the millimetre and to the respective different heights. Hence, on the part of the FFU bridge sleeper, nothing can stand in the way of a perfect gradient. Of course it goes without saying that all FFU bridge sleepers supplied are clearly and individually marked.
