CALMMOON

Calmmoon technology

The secret of Calmmoon lies in the specially developed synthetic resin layer, which perfectly converts vibration into thermal energy, thanks to its unique molecular structure.

How it works

Calmmoon noise suppression sheeting consists of a noise suppressing synthetic resin layer and a support layer of metal. By installing Calmmoon right at the source of noise or vibration, the energy emitted is transmitted straight to the inner synthetic resin layer, where it is substantially absorbed by the oscillation of the resin molecular structure. The ensuing molecular movements produce thermal energy while at the same time attenuating noise and vibration.

Calmmoon achieves excellent noise suppression because of its very high energy conversion rate.

1.3 mm foil thickness

Calmmoon self-adhesive noise suppression sheeting was developed in 2002, its minimal thickness of only 1.3 mm and its weight of only about 38 kg/m2 being its major virtues.
