Calmmoon Rail has been in use in Japan and Europe since 2005.

Reference projects

Calmmoon Rail has been used in Japan on the metro line, on ballasted and unballasted track of the regional railways, primarily where the track curves.

In Europe, Austrian Federal Railways has used Calmmoon Rail on ballasted track and at railway bridges built of steel.

Until summer 2011 more than 30 km track of German Railways (DB) will be installed with Calmmoon Rail.

Approvals granted for Calmmoon Rail

Following the use in Japan and Austria, the German Federal Railway Authority (EBA) granted approval on 21.04.2010 for trials with Calmmoon Rail on the German railway network.
